This stuff is no joke. It does not belong in the airway.
I eat a lot of spicy food, as do a few of my friends.
What started out as "Can you handle this" turned into "This Megadeth Hot Sauce is delicious on wings."
I wouldn't worry about it - no one from the UK is going to use this list to purchase them as we have our own version of Amazon. And it's even more expensive.
Generally though for a country that's meant to be really into it's hot sauces, I can't find them many places.
