This is what I use for Magnesium. It seems to be really gentle on my bowels. And since that one is so good, I tend to buy other vitamins and supplements from that brand, too.
I also take collagen and biotin to help with hair and skin. It could just be the water, but I've gotten a few compliments on my skin recently.
I also take just a regular multi-vitamin.
