thanks man. I use a Boss ME-80 effects pedal. There are all sorts of different pedals that will let you switch/create effects. single and multi. The one i use has multiple banks and 4 switchers and 1 rocking pedal for wammy,wah,volume etc. Also equalizers and all kinds of different knobs and tones to create as well as pre set downloadable patches. So by using the pedal and pre set tones you can switch back and forth quickly. That is also how i record through USB directly into the computer
