RESTORE AND MAINTAIN cigars with the global leader in 2-way humidity control. Place Boveda in your humidor for precise Relative Humidity (RH) so they’re ready for that perfect moment—the smoke. Choose among 4 RH (65%, 69%, 72% and 75%)ORDER 72% RH to OVER compensate for leaky or glass top humidor or humidor in a dry climate. Regulates moisture lost to achieve 69% RH. (Depending on personal preference, also appropriate for up to 1 lb aromatic pipe tobacco)HOW MANY BOVEDA FOR YOUR HUMIDOR? Use one (1) Size 60 Boveda for every 25 TOTAL cigars a humidor can hold. Example: For a 100-cigar capacity humidor, use four (4) Size 60 Boveda at once. For bigger humidors, use Size 320 BovedaNOTHING TO ADD OR ACTIVATE—Eliminates the mess of using water, gels, beads or PG (Propylene Glycol) in your humidor. Automatically adds AND absorbs moisture to keep your premium cigars fresh and tasting the way cigar makers intendedLONG LASTING—Maintains the right RH for a wood humidor for 2-4 months and an airtight humidor for 6-9 months. A simple touch test will let you know when it’s time to replace this humidity control—the Boveda will feel rigid and crunchy

Puroexpress is generally considered a bit iffy around here. The main sites people use are ihavanas.com and cigarsofhabanos.com. Generally speaking you can only buy by the box from these sites, not singles.
In your situation, if I wanted to order online, I'd probably go for
Montecristo Petit Edmundo (10 box) $76
or
Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills (10 box) $79
These are both "medium size" cigars, they'll look a bit more impressive than the real cheapies (and probably smoke better).
Also be aware of storage, once you get them (wherever you get them from) you want to put them into a sealed container like this
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lock-Rectangular-Storage-Container-Clear/dp/B0000AN4CJ/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1495015140&sr=8-10&keywords=lock+n+lock
Doesn't have to exactly that, just needs to be near air tight and big enough to hold them
And add one of these
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Boveda-72-Percent-Individually-Wrapped-Humidity/dp/B00GX47820/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1495015194&sr=8-2&keywords=boveda+72
That will keep them at the correct humidity until you want to smoke them.
Oh also you'll probably want a cutter
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Newyond-Cutter-Stainless-Guillotine-Scissors/dp/B01ABDHHBA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1495015247&sr=8-3&keywords=cigar+cutter

I wouldn't try them with Scotch though - good malt is best drunk straight :)
When its long term I always throw one of these bad boys in the bag. Keeps it sticky and stinky.
