hq? Is that like an eighth? How can you be in a uni dorm and not know fractions? Jokes aside, sounds like a non problem. If you have a window, open it and spray some kind of air freshener. Don't use deoderant since it doesn't really linger and it justs makes it smell like deoderant and... weed. If you wanna go all out, you can buy some carpet freshener that you spray on the carpet.They're supposed to neutralise the smell of smoke from cigarettes but it smells like lemons or some shit so it masks the smell well. Try get an actual scent locking container. Apart from when you open it... obviously. Don't know if you're allowed but you could always light a scented candle or incense as well. At the end of the day, it's a university student hall in the UK, in 2019. I don't think anyway cares that much, just don't smoke inside.
