Well there is this thing http://www.amazon.com/Braza-Camel-Not-Camel-Cover-Inserts/dp/B00479YLFK

I've never tried one but the reviews are pretty funny.

Not exactly exercise related but I am having a serious issue with camel toe from literally every single pair of gym leggings I have. It all started yesterday. My period is due today/soon so I don't know if this is period related FUPA inflammation or what.

Besides wearing a longer shirt, how can I minimize my camel toe with my leggings? 😥 I prefer to not wear underwear when wearing leggings to the gym and this is even happening in my leggings that have a gusset. 😣 I use blood cups during my period so I don't even have any panty liners I can stick on there.

Ninja edit: TIL these exist, lol: https://www.amazon.com/Braza-Camel-Not-Camel-Cover-Inserts/dp/B00479YLFK

If you get desperate and want to keep the shorts you already own, you could try something like the CamelNot. I've never actually tried it, but it might work!
