I bought this for my mom for Christmas last year. She uses it all the time. You slide your hand in a chamber where it heats up and apply pressure. It isn't a vacuum like your product, but it kind of clamps down on your hand. I tried it and it does alleviate pain. I also have firbromyalgia.
