Brother multi-function color laser printer
The one I have at home is a Brother MFC-9130CW. I've been very happy with it.

Sometimes if you watch the "Warehouse Deals" (open box) section, you can get one closer to $250.
Brother MFC-9560cdw from Amazon is a pretty good deal. I've been using the heck out of mine for 2 years now. At $530 I know it's a little more than you're looking to spend, but a color laser all-in-one isn't going to be cheap. You could also check out the MFC-8130cw for $349.
I bought one of these two years ago. It will do exactly what you want easily and is probably overkill. But likely what you spend on toner monthly is more than one of these costs.
I picked up this one https://www.amazon.com/Brother-MFC9130CW-Wireless-Printer-Replenishment/dp/B00C6MNP52 a couple of years back, and it has been solid. It has gone up in price, and they released a new model.. if I had to pick up another one, this is what I would buy.
I have a Brother MFC and I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE it!!! This one I think.
The only issue I have with my printer is that it doesn't print true colors, but that could be an issue with my settings or something.
It's SOOO economical and worth every single cent I spent on it. I wish I hadn't waited so long to replace my old one, but I was trying to be frugal (which is ironic because I had an HP photo printer prior to this one and it was absolutely NOT cost-efficient....). >.>
