No I didn't buy this as I really couldn't find much reliable sources so I felt it will be risky to buy.
I ended up buying sym nutrition l theanine + caffiene. I like it so far it helps me focus on my work in the morning especially if I've had less sleep. But yeah proper and more sleep should be the first option but this product is quite a good pick me up. Here's the link to what I bought
