I love my Bed Buddies microwavable heat packs for keeping warm and toasty. They are basically cloth bags that contain rice, so you can make you own at home out of a tube sock, for example. Do not microwave for more than 2 minutes. Start at 1 minute and go up from there if warmer is desired.
Warm feet = warm body. I have a foot warmer heated rubber mat under my desk at work. This or another brand like it, and they come in different sizes.
