here is the instructables link. he has blueprints on there. I used photoshop to scale the blueprints to fit my nexus 5. I couldn't get the dive lenses and I tried several things before stumbling onto this it has two 5x lenses in it which are perfect! They don't have the widest field of view, but there is no image distortion on the edges, so there is no getting sick while playing. if you need help with anything just send me a message.
You can easily get something like a 10x viewing loupe for well under $10 off Amazon. If you need something fancier than this, please explain.
