The Edifice looks pretty good and the price is damn good!
If you want it to be a functional modern pilot's watch, probably the Casio Edifice Aviation is your best bet under $150, with it's slide rule bezel and chronograph. If you want more of just an aviation styling, there are some Flieger watches from Messerschmitt, Citizen watches, and Aristo watches. These watches are not as functional today to a pilot as something with a slide rule, but the styling has its roots in vintage German aviation watches.
Here's a middle-ground to that cheaper Casio and the more expensive Seikos and Citizens: Casio Edifice EF-527D.

Wollte eine große Uhr mit Stahlarmband und schwarz. Hat diese perfekt gepasst. Mittlerweile habe ich sie schon mehr 2 Jahre.

It depends on your budget.
On the lower end, seiko has a lot of good options. This is a very field-style chronograph if your budet is around 100. Citizen has something slightly above that, but theirs is solar. If you wanted a more pilot style watch, Casio Edifice offers a more complicated watch, but looks pretty good imo.
