I've had eczema for 24 years, and here are some products I swear by:
100% squalane oil - this is more expensive per ounce than hemp oil, but my god is it effective for flare-ups. Squalane is the hydrogenized form of squalene, an oil naturally found in your skin.
Cerave Moisturizing Cream - this is the holy grail for eczema lotion. It can sting when you put it on, if the flare-up is bad. It works really well when mixed with a few drops of squalane. Cerave's claim to fame is the ceramides. Skin with eczema is frequently lacking in these crucial lipids.
Colloidal Oatmeal Lotion - there are a few brands of these that are mostly the same, but this is the one I like. This is best for those really, really nasty flare-ups, especially the kind where you scratch yourself raw/bloody, because it's so gentle and thick.
Similarly, colloidal oatmeal for baths. If you've got a full-body flare-up going on, or a flare-up somewhere that lotion can't reach (like on your scalp), this can be incredibly soothing.
Dove Beauty Bar For Sensitive Skin - accept no substitutes. This is the only bar soap my skin can handle, and it is the only soap that every dermatologist I've ever seen has recommended for my eczema. That's because it's not technically soap, it's actually a gentle detergent mixed with moisturizer.
Sulfate-free shampoo - SLS, sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, is a big trigger for me, and a common one. (I also have to use SLS-free toothpaste.) If you're prone to scalp flare-ups, this might be a good first line of defense. For a cheaper option, Johnson's Baby Shampoo is also sulfate-free.
If I sound like a brochure, I'm sorry. I've spent years dealing with this, and I'm kind of a skincare hobbyist (who also dabbles in hair care), so I've tried a lot of stuff.
It’s not marketed “in the tub”, but it comes in a tub, as opposed to a bottle. This is what I use because I like the pump. I get mine at Wal-Mart.
For sure. I've been trying different products for about 6 months now using the SCA routine guidelines. It's a great sub & I've learned a lot about skincare from it. Apologies for my formatting, on mobile. Keep in mind that skincare is not one size fits all. Always patch test, go slow & only change one product at a time so you know which product is causing a particular effect. I also wish I had taken a proper before picture to help measure my results.
My current routine:
Am - rinse with lukewarm water, dry & apply micellar water using a cotton round https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D10IR1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_W6JLAbQNQFP3F) wait 5 minutes for it to absorb then apply moisturizer. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N35TNYX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_k.JLAb07QYVMK Apply sunscreen, CeraVe makes a lotion with sunscreen too
PM - Wash with a gentle cleanser. At first I used Cetaphil because it is super gentle but I've now stepped up to CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1LL62W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_rcKLAbZWS17QV Next I use the red box Stridex wipes to exfoliate https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JF2VZG2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vfKLAbSP9XSG7 I let that soak into my face for 20-30 minutes. The I use a benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment to help dry up postules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001E96LXQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_QjKLAbYZXTGX5 Note that as low as 3% is as effective as 10% and doesn't dry out your skin as much. I already had the persa gel when I found out & it doesn't dry my skin too much so I'm using it all up before trying something else. After the benzoyl peroxide has set for a few minutes I moisturize using CeraVe PM Lotion https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010PJX8UE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_jnKLAbJ21PV7H Both the CeraVe face wash & PM lotion have niancinamide which seems to be working well with my face. Overall I have been satisfied with CeraVe products. I've used some of The Ordinary line & loved them but it seems they are always out of stock so I gave up. Their azaliac acid & glycol toner worked great for me.
I'm far from an expert but feel free to pm me if you have any questions. I know all to well how much acne can really weigh someone down & I'm happy to help. Good luck!

Cera ve in the tub is the one.
Costs like 2k on amazon.in iirc.
If your eyes are that sensitive then I would say go for the CeraVe one, i found that one more soothing on my eyes. The ones i recommended you are this CeraVe but i don't find the LRP Toleraine Ultra Fluid on us amazon or us la roche posay (I live in Europe).
PD: I don't know if the cerave one from your link has the same ingredients on the round tub that i linked you.

Good luck!
I recently changed moisturizers from cerave in a tub to celeteque triple hydration mostly because I think cerave broke me out. Celeteque works fine, no breakouts since I've switched but I think it doesn't moisturize enough. Whilst I was using the cerave I noticed no more dry skin at night and my face felt really moisturized but I sometimes notice dry flaky skin on celeteque. I'm using 0.05% tret so that may be causing the dry skin.
My SO bought this Hadalabo Shirojyun and recently abandoned it for some reason, I was wondering if I could use the hadalabo as a replacement or supplement to my moisturizing routine, or is it not a good fit. Routine below
