>down to 180lbs, now back up to 195

> Diet - Intermittent fasting, minimal sugar, trying to keep my macros up but no routine. Too much fast food still.

What gets measured gets done. Are you tracking your calories in an app like MyFitnessPal? Figure out your TDEE and go 500 calories less per day, and you'll lose a pound a week.

>Too much video games in the evenings though.

The bottom line is we all have to make DIFFERENT sacrifices to reach a level of success (obligatory strong language warning)

>No idea if i'm applying kino properly. I think I am week in this area. I need a Kino strategy.

Search Kino on YouTube, there's tons of good videos out there that will help. Read some of the comments first to see if that particular video is worth your time.

>Time (C) - I have more on my plate then I do time to do it all, so I am constantly dropping the ball on things. I have a full time job, 2 businesses, several hobbies and am heavily involved in the church and family time.

>I am getting the hang of managing it all slowly...but not making great progress on time management and never getting enough sleep.

Most people will eventually buckle under this kind of stress. Is there somewhere you can prune some things to make some breathing room? This goes hand-in-hand with

>Working out consistently 2 or 3 days a week ( its not enough ). I have been struggling from day 1 to find the time to lift and had several injuries. Working on this.

3 days a week isn't bad, but you'll find a much greater level of success when you go consistently 4-5 days a week. Some people can do 6 days, but I think that's too much - you need time to recover too.

>Sex - (C+) - Usually once or twice per week duty, 2 or 3 times a month wild 10/10.

I think you will find this is tied to your weight more than you think.

>reading through The Barbarian Way by Erwin Raphael McManus

This is a good book, but I would recommend Chasing Daylight next. One of my top 5 favorite books for motivation in your Christian walk.

>I am trying to set some realistic reading goals, including daily bible reading.

Do you have a reading plan to follow? If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. PM me if you would like a copy of the one I use.

>Frame and Tests (B+ ) - Leaps and bounds of progress here. Wife is happily following my lead. I am just not caving and swaying from things when I make my mind up. I appreciate her input, but I've worked hard to earn her respect and trust and I try to keep things fun. I mostly employ amused mastery.

This is great.

>I need to improve on STFU and I am at odds with the whole DNGAF attitude. I am still mostly passing Fiteness tests and Comfort tests.

For STFU, here's a good perspective to have (obligatory strong language warning).

For DNGAF, remember that this doesn't mean that you don't care about anything, it just means that you are not going to waste your time and energy on stuff that doesn't matter. If you stress over low-priority things, she will too. Avoid that.

>The problem is me. I have always struggled with my faith. Lack of faith. Is God even real or this all just a fantasy. I know in my heart it to be true, and have strong moments, but if you look at my ratings... you can see maybe "why" I struggle. I need to press in, it just gets neglected constantly.

Get in the Word, brother.

>I actively pursue my unsaved friends and eagerly share my faith.

This is great!

>I don't know how to break these bad habits for good.

Make a written plan. List out everything you need to do, and then prioritize them and make a final list with everything in order. That way when you get off track you can refer to the plan. Again, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
