I sent them an email regarding the recent order. When the site asked what the problem was, I chose something along the lines of "Item was missing something", then "Accesories," I believe.

This is what I said in the email:

I preordered Final Fantasy XV from you recently.

According to this page (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N55T8IH), because I preordered, I was supposed to get a code for the Gold Chocobo Regalia.

I never got my code. Can you please send me a code?
