It's an issue with the quality control of the pods. You can order 3 or 4 pod packs and they will all have varying levels of click and drag. I've even had some pods come completely broken, lol.

To fix the pods that won't fit I use labels like this:

(They're cheaper if you just go to Wal-mart or somewhere like that and buy a pack).

I put a single one with the flavor inside and write on it, and then split them into quarters and put around 3 on the other side. Makes the pod fit more snug and the drag alot better. Some pods i don't have to do this with because they have a very heavy "click" and do not have any play whatsoever.
