Climb On! Best thing for destroyed fingers after a climb sesh, in my humble opinion. Be aware that your fingers will be gooey for 15-30 minutes after applying though.

My favorite thing for nasty cracked feet (discovered when I spent a month climbing in the desert) is this climbing balm. I usually put it on before bed and then wear thin socks to bed.

My mom swears by using a pumice stone to remove extra callus and then using lanolin oil (same idea, apply before bed and wear socks overnight). That works super well for me too.

I've used similar stuff with good results.

Are you climbing regularly? i.e. not missing weeks? Usually if you climb only once or twice a week the skin should have plenty of time to recover. Maybe it needs to get used to it first (i.e. your skin has to learn how to recover more quickly).

Anywho, you can use salves/skin care products like Climb On, jtree salve, or my personal favorite: tip juice. They are all moisturizer with a wax or resin that stimulates your skin to build more callous. If you do want to use it dont over do it. I usually only apply it when climbing outdoors for multiple days or I had a day at the gym that was especially rough on my skin. If I were you I'd use it for 2 weeks and see if it makes any difference at all, if yes then use it for maybe another 2 weeks and then stop and see if your skin learned how to recover quickly. Only use it the same day after climbing and always make sure to wash your hands. Any chalk left on them makes your skin dry and slows recovery.

Note that you shouldnt overdo it because thick and hard callous is counter productive since it's prone to tearing and splitting and can also hurt when you get in an awkward position.

I'd 100% recommend Climb ON! I started using it on my hands right after climbing and I also put it on before bed. I've noticed an improvement on how much my skin can take and how quickly it heals. I use a sandpaper stick thing then apply climb on.

The balm works miracles. You'll see this one around a lot, and most people prefer it, but any balm like this will work well.

Lotion just doesn't help heal and does nothing for blisters. Your hands might be dry, but the underlying issue I think is the heavy weight and friction. You might want to work on your technique and grip strength as well - you really should be gripping as hard as possible to prevent any slippage.
