They are whole 30 approved! I live on the north eastern side of the USA and we love our crunchy health foods. The extra light olive oil is Bertolli brand and mentions that some of the olives are sourced from Protugal, what a tiny world we live in! The Dijon is from Annie's Organics, which has white vinegar, mustard seed, sea salt, and clove.
