That's what I came to suggest. Have a little fan like this one clipped somewhere pointing at your face during make-up application and see if that helps.
Also, maybe putting dry shampoo in your hair beforehand will help soak up some of the scalp sweating?

Fans will work to lower temp pretty well. I use 2 regular clip on fans, and they'll lower temp 4 degrees or so on my 130 gal (I live in Los Angeles and won't turn AC on until it gets to about 86+ in the house). I know you have a sump so it might not be too bad, but I'd be kind of weary with lids on the top- exchange of gas between the water and air very important for regulating ph and alk. Just some food for thought. Also, if you're concerned about jumping fish, you can get clear netting to make screens for the top. BRS sells DIY kits but you can also get supplies from big box hardware stores.
I have a very simple growth space, since most of my orchids are generic NOID. My husband and I share the greenhouse, where he has carnivores plants on the top shelf and I get the bottom shelf for my orchids. We lined our greenhouse with foil to help retain some of the heat and light. We also have the greenhouse set up on an 9(?) hour automatic timer with a monitor that automatically turns on the humidifier if it drops below 60%.
Overall, all the den set up in the back and oncidium, Miltoniopsis & Zygo in the front.The fan is set to the left side of the greenhouse and blowing diagonally across due to a temporary overcrowded greenhouse. I hadn’t figure out where to put my Maui lollipop yet, since it’s so small compare to the other ones
The overall condition is intermediate, humidity 70-80%, temp between 55-80F for night and day difference. The light is about medium shades?

I would love some suggestions! So far everything has worked out, except one den’s leaves is turning yellow at the tips right now
I use a big floor fan, but I also use a small clip-on fan. I like getting air flow from multiple angles, and being able to angle the little fan straight at my face is clutch toward the end of the ride.

Would recommend a different light for 4 plants in that space. As others have said, a quantum board of COB would be better. If you go the COB / Quantum board route i'm not even sure if you'll need extensive ventilation.
Also, are you going to use FFOF and coco/perlite? I'm confused.
Bit of an expensive power strip, could probably save a few bucks there.
One thing you're missing for sure is a small fan to circulate air. like this

Or you can install a window fan, or I personally just had one of these that I put against the window.
