I have this guy fyi
My neck is funky because of a car crash so idk if it'll significantly help you buuut it might!
I use an orthopedic memory foam pillow from amazon, it was like $20 and it has a sort of dip in the middle to give better neck support.
Can't remember the exact one i got, but [this one](Classic Brands Cool Sleep Advanced Contour Cool Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Standard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZHSX9LC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_S8hpybQ9JVQH3) is very similar. I've been using the same one for almost 3 years now, they don't get flat or lumpy at all like normal pillows. The only con I can think of is that memory foam is temperature-reactive, so its softer in hot temps and harder in cold temps, so if you don't have AC/climate control it could be a very minor issue, but I've never been made uncomfortable from it.
If you don't want foam, I also used this one for around a year before getting my foam one: [cervical pillow (amazon)](Tri-Core Cervical Pillow, Firm, Petite Size - 19"x12" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0010VMQDC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Z4hpybC5XRX4J)
It was also really good, but the foam one was more supportive to my super odd EDS sleeping positions. (Ever seen a cat twist into a churro? Yeah thats how I sleep >_>)
