To be honest, you'll find that the guts of these chargers are probably all sourced from similar Chinese sources, so it's very hard to compare them. The most important thing is to get a charger/maintainer that has a low amperage, as the higher the amperage, the worse it is for a battery.

I'm not sure the Oxford Optimiser is right for you. I can't seem to find out what amperage it uses. I also don't like the fact that it says it does "bulk fast charge". You want to avoid any kind of fast charging, especially for something designed for automobiles.

I echo /u/UsernameTruncated's suggestion for CTek. I have this one and it's good and cheap.

For winter conditions, remove the battery from the bike if possible, and store it in a warmer (but still cool) environment. You shouldn't have to leave it on 24/7. I think it's fine to top up every 2 weeks or so.

I think the best battery tender trickle chargers that you leave in 24/7 should be around 0.4-0.6A. At 0.8A I think this is mostly fine as well.
