Cuturelle seems the most trusted name. Followed by NOW and a few others.
I'm not sure if they worked, but I have lost a bunch of weight. I now ferment and eat a lot more fermented food.
Lactobacillus GG seems to talk to the brain.
I'm not a conspiracy nut, but there's no money in developing these types of cures.
