If you absolutely must buy a prebuilt this one is pretty good for the price. I know it's not the exact price but trust me save your money. All of my friends are doing what you're probably thinking and just buying the first shiny pc you see. It's a trap. Ask around for recommendations. For $600 this is pretty good imo.
about 700 dollars, try something like this spec wise, can probably find one a bit cheaper or spend a bit more for a better one.

The RX 570 is about twice as powerful as the RX 560, plus twice the video ram at 4gb vs 2gb. Plus it has an SSD!

That doesn't have a graphics card so it'll be onboard which may not be great.
