Actually, it could ( my sugar-free variant) be harmful for health! Multiple Amazon.in reviews state the following:

This is sugar free, but contain Sorbitol and Sucralose, which are harmful artificial sweeter. So why to buy this and spoil health? I will suggest ordinary Chyawanprash. Otherwise taste is good and also contain good ingredeants like Amla.
