Hey!! So I would love to help but it would also be great to know what type of gaming you are doing!! In general if you have a decent gaming rig they will be able to do drawing, 3d modeling, and school work with no problem. You have your budget of $750 but I would push you to add another 100 as I find the $800-$900 range is the best price for value that you can find.

Based on someone playing your average AAA games and stuff here are some specs I would be trying to find in a laptop:

CPU: looking for a 8th generation processor, I know that I7-8750H, I5-8300H and other processors in that range are great and will be more than capable for all CPU needs

GPU: looking for at least a GTX 1050 but a 1060 would be preferable (but may be hard to find unless in used market) should give you a stable 60+ FPS for most all games at medium settings

Memory: definitely looking for an SSD, a common combination is an 128Gb+ SSD paired with a 512Gb/1Tb hard drive for data/game storage

RAM: looking for 16Gb of ram (8will work but that’ll be throttling your laptop in most cases)

Screen: you said you like drawing.. so this one is interesting. Generally you aren’t looking for a 4K screen, a reversible screen, or a touch screen in a gaming laptop but those are things that you definitely may want and should look into. Also 60hz should do you fine. A 120/140hz screen would be great if you can find one, but not needed

So I will leave one recommendation here for you to look at, but you definitely need to look around for laptops in that range of specs and look at the used market you can often find amazing deals in this range from people upgrading from a 1050 to something more powerful for a pure hardcore gamer, or someone who is just tired of the laptop.

$683.78 Dell G5 While I did say $800 is often a good mark, I decided to give you a little bit of a budget one. This is a nice laptop in terms that it is nice and sleek compared to most gaming laptops, has nice build quality from all reviews I have seen and should handle most all games well. However it isn’t a touchscreen, 4K (it does have a nice IPS screen though), or reversible to a touch pad it would suit you nicely in terms of processing power

Ending note: look around, look at used markers, and please don’t just get a HDD make sure the laptop has an SSD of some type, that is the one thing that universally I have found people hated being limited by.

Within budget, the new model of the Dell G5 is on sale on Amazon for an excellent price. You get an i5 processor and GTX 1050 Ti graphics card which is fine for running the games you listed.

This is probably going to make me look stupid because I know about only the bare basics of computers but here is some of what I have found so far. I hope for it to cost around 1,500 dollars or less:

The Dell G5 has a lot of power and will be able to manage your streams well for the foreseeable future. It has a lot of processing power and a decent GPU just in case you want to try some PC gaming. It has dual storage, fast SSD for booting and a HDD that you can store your videos

I agree with the other comment this Dell G5 15 might be your best option within your budget, but if you don't mind if your laptop gets a little hot then this Acer Predator Helios 300 gets a better GPU and better future proof.
