That's the best you get for 3 seconds of searching.
From my research: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MMR1V3/?coliid=I3U0F98X2TGCI4&colid=1VZSVKANYNGJ9&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
This is the best option to pair with the 24" Dell S2417DG.
You should check this:
DELL P2418D
I'm using this as my second display. Like that!
Yes, there are some like the Dell P2418D or 25" models like the UP2516D.
Size doesn't affect GPU load, it will be the same as any other 2560×1440 monitor.

- IPS Panel (better color accuracy)
- 1440p
- 144hz
Its very pricey, but judging from your specs and comments, you should be getting something like this. If you plan on getting an RTX 1070 for 1080p, you might as well stick to a GTX 1070. And if you are serious about the editing, the color accuracy of an IPS panel is nonnegotiable. In my opinion, based off of your specs you need something like this if you want to balance work and gaming.
If you are willing to pick one (like I did, I went for the https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MMR1V3/?tag=pcpapi-20 for work, its really good for the price) then its a whole different story. But if you want great gaming and great color accuracy, contrast, brightness, etc. this is the monitor that will serve your PC justice.
Edit: If the price is really too much, let me know and I have some other recommendations.
Edit: Since I'm about to go, I figured I'd leave you with a pretty good, much cheaper option:

Still pricey compared to your other monitor options, but this is important: no matter how good your PC is, after a certain point all upgrades will be pointless. Considering the monitor is what you actually stare at, I would not advise skimping out.
I found this [Dell Professional 24inch QHD ](Dell Professional 24 inches 2K QHD P2418D Monitor https://www.amazon.in/dp/B074MMR1V3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_meA2CbB8KRCE3) on Amazon India. Seems nice, even the reviews are good. I’ll check if I can find any others or I’ll pick this up. I’ll wait to see if someone knows of another monitor for sometime.
No problem, I am glad if I can help.

and this cable:

This was recommended to me, since I was in the almost exact same situation.
So what, did you run out of space for questions?
Yes. I currently have a 1060 6GB running two 1440p monitors and 165hz on the main. Monitors for reference: Dell S2417DG and Dell P2418D. I have it paired with a 3700x but it should be about the same performance given your gpu is better.
