Read through your post on relationships too, they brought up some good points. You definitely need to bring it up before you spend a night with them. Be honest with them that you need to wear "briefs" (not diapers) because of an issue - don't get science-y, mention it's been a lifelong condition. If you're comfortable with it, they'll understand.

It looks like you're wearing either an Abena or Tena, which are very absorbent, but very "diaper" shaped too. Have you tried experimenting with a pad and a disposable brief? A Tena pad and Depends should be a suitable pair for going out. It ends up being about $1.60 ish/night, which is a little more expensive than yours, but it's worth a shot, no?
