Currently I store just about everything I use regularly (except paper, absorbent cloth and very occasionally a water cup) in one of these https://www.amazon.com/Derwent-2300582-Pencil-Tin/dp/B008CPTCQI which is possible because mostly I use a waterpen. I've filled the bottom layer with pans (many of which are still empty) and the removable top layer has a black gel pen, a white gel pen, a dip pen (have to take it apart to fit) a pencil, an eraser, a sharpener, a waterbrush and an angled brush.
Other than that I've a bunch of brushes I almost never use that I keep in a wooden box, and a few bottles of this and that (gum arabic, glycerin etc) that I keep with the rest of my bottled art stuff, tubes which I keep in a box and paper which I keep with all my other paper.
