Yeah it’s pretty crazy how OCD works. I’ve been having an obsession that has been haunting me for the past 4 years, but I notice after I do any type of cardiovascular workout then it goes away, so I concluded that I may not be getting enough oxygen/bloodflow to the brain and that may be the reason for many people that suffer from OCD.
