I only see 12 seasons of Doctor Who on Prime when I navigate here:

Of those 12 seasons, 11 of which appear in PlayOn when I test here, the outlier being the named Season 11, which is not yet available through Prime Video (you'll have to purchase those episodes and then access them through the Library subfolder in the Amazon channel).

I didn't found it on amazon uk, but on amazon com - but I'm not sure if I really would be able to stream it after purchase. Have you ever bought a stream there before?
