Just a bit of recommendation, have you tried tea tree oil? I had a lot of acne problems, none to be solved by everything I tried, which was almost everything under the sun, but when I discovered fragrance free tea tree oil products everything cleared up amazingly.

So skin is complicated and not everything works well for everyone. If you wanna be anal about it, patch test a product for a week or so on a small area of skin and not the rest to see if you break out there. I rarely do this TBH. If you notice breakouts from a product then quit using it!

That being said, this soap is my favorite for both face and body. My boyfriend said he feels it worked well for his bacne as well. He has also started showering 2-3 times a day and said that's helping too.

You can also try spot treatments with traditional acne medications like benzoyl peroxide. You can get it OTC in any regular face wash/acne product section at Target or the pharmacy. You would need help applying it, ideally use a q-tip and apply only to the really bad areas as it can cause skin to be dry and sensitive if you overuse. You might only need it every other day, but if you don't have a reaction to it then every day is fine.

Another common acne treatment is salicylic acid. You can try getting a wash with a lower concentration of it for your back. This can also be irritating if overused (made the skin on my face really dehydrated when I used a strong formula often so I quit it).

Eating clean also really helps me with both face and back acne. Also, wash/change your sheets and towels often.
