I only own the Dragon Ball Z blu-ray sets. They are the better releases, besides the Dragon Box set, which is going to cost you about 700 dollars. You may be able to pick them up for cheaper, but that would require you to scout eBay every single day. The ones that are cheap are the ones that are usually picked up the fastest.

In my opinion I would wait until you find a good deal on the Dragon Box sets. You could also buy the Spanish Dragon Box set, which is what I own. It has been a bit of a process ripping subtitles and audio from my blu-ray set onto my Spanish Dragon Box set. The Spanish Dragon Boxes are a lot cheaper and still are being produced.
They aired the Ocean dub (available on the edited-for-TV Rock the Dragon box set), followed by the FUNimation in-house dub (which begins at episode 68 on the Blu-ray season sets). The soundtrack was handed by Shuki Levi and Bruce Faulconer respectively.
