I'd say the last piece of the puzzle would be adding this https://www.amazon.com/Drawer-Base-Exclusive-M-Polished/dp/B00WSD3P36 and getting rid of the old, but decent Breville knockbox. I wouldn't use the base under the machine/grinder, but would use it for a knockbox (of course) and the top for my scale, brushes, etc. JoeFrex builds some amazing products as their tamping station and palm tamper are some things I look fwd to using every single morning.
