Hey there! I'm a transfer student who will be living on-campus in one of the apartments in PCV. I've gotten a bunch of advice from friends and parents with students already at Cal Poly (who've been there since freshmen year and who've lived in the dorms or apartments). All of them suggested getting at least 2 sets of twin XL sheets, a comforter set or duvet w/ down comforter, a mattress topper, and a mattress pad. They also suggested getting a mattress pad that's geared toward keeping bed bugs at bay since they're supposedly common in many college campus dorms and apartments.
