Oh yes you can def get them to bloom. They are still alive so you must be doing something right! Not enough light is a common reason phals don’t bloom so try increasing that a bit. But look out for spots on leaves that can indicate too much sun. Fertilizer helps too. You can use any type at a quarter strength a couple times a month or this is one I really like. I use it at the strength it says on bottle because it doesn’t have high levels of stuff. You just mix it with water.

I’ve always used Dyna Gro Liquid Gro and Bloom with great results. Liquid Gro at half strength every week for three weeks and Bloom at half strength on the fourth week. On the fourth week I also use KelpMax.
I recently switched to K-Lite when I ran out of the others though because it gets great reviews and still use the KelpMax once a month.
Dyna-gro bloom will treat you well. If you are planning another grow pick up a bottle of Dyna-gro Grow or Foliage Pro also. PHing your water is also important so grab some ph up/down and test kit.
These are small size, Probably enough for 2-3 grows or more if your plants stay small.

And these will last you a long time.

perfect for pot plants, simple to use ( good for first time grow).
jar says use 1/2 table spoon, first gallon use half that don't want to burn them. after that use full amount in each gallon (should be able to use nut water ever time watering)
most likely isnt over watering or under watering, they will wilt/ wrinkle when that is the issue
also invest in a ph meter will safe frustration and confusion later gl!
this is my recommendation.
Some of the cheapest nutes and they work well. Should handle all deficiencies and provide a relatively complete nutrient combo to your plants.

My orchid dealer ( yes I call him a dealer because we all know orchids are our drugs of choice) uses these. He wins awards on his orchids and breeds his own. So seems like he knows the magic
