We buy these. Eventually our diaper genie stopped keeping smells out and her room smelled disgusting, even when we replaced the filter. We did away with it all together. We throw all her diapers away in the kitchen trash. Wet diapers go in jut normal and poopy diapers go in the doggy bags. You don't smell anything.
They're a little pricier, but these are my favorite Amazon poop bags. Super sturdy, easy to open, and a nice shade of green.

I second these! But I buy the smaller ones for my slightly smaller dog. The lavender scent does a good job of masking the poo stink!
