Thank you :) I love my reusable bags as well! The grocery store that I shop at (just in case we can't name them - I'm in the south, their colors are blue & white and the name starts with a K) has just started carrying a reusable, fold-down box with handles for heavier stuff. They look like these but my store has the cheaper. I bought two this week so I can pack up my sodas and my hubby's Zero drinks without them breaking the bottoms of my regular bags! YAY!!

Edit: had to switch to markdown mode for my hyperlink to show the way I wanted

>I do love my Anova but using a lot of plastig is really a down side for me

You don't use a lot of plastic with sous vide, and if you google around, I guarantee there's probably 20 or more things you can do in your every day life to be more eco friendly.

For example: I stopped using grocery bags when I go shopping and use these now.

I use a big honkin' weekender bag I found on Amazon for a song because I'm one of those people who likes to throw entire bins/baskets/boxes/etc into my bag. It's low on pockets, but I could probably smuggle a small child inside the damn thing it's so huge, which was a priority for me. When I don't need to take massive piles of crap home, I've tried other bags (stylish and not), but honestly find myself using a reinforced box-style grocery tote more than anything. When I need to move a computer around, I put the computer in a heavy duty protective sleeve so I can toss it in with whatever else I need.
