Black paper punched with a 1/2" hole punch.

I got this 0.5" circle punch from Amazon and I write what I want on a Rhodia dot pad then punch it out and tape it to the cap with clear tape. Not the easiest thing ever, but you can use whatever paper you want.

Throw a piece of high temp tape over the opening. It'll help quite a bit.

Buy one of these too to make nice little ends:

I guess, since it's .22, you can probably start with some masking tape and see if that smokes eventually.

Not hard, really. I ordered this pack of chipboard, this hole punch, and printed the files out a few different sizes until the hexes fit in the squares. I had a cutting mat and rotary cutter (wife's sewing tools), and also had some super 77 spray adhesive. I sprayed both the chipboard and the paper, glued them on and cut them out.

I bought a 1/2" dowel and cut discs on my table saw for the station tokens but you can buy furniture plugs instead on the cheap. Hole punched the token symbols and glued them on. That's the majority of it. Lots of cutting and patience.

Yep, those are it. I also bought this punch: EK Tools Circle Punch, 0.50-Inch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0090JVDNA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_WjiPBbEYAMSNB

Do you want them in company colours for aesthetic reasons? If you just want a set of tokens to play the game with then I would recommend using the furniture plugs as other people have recommended. Then print the token images on label paper, punch them out with a circular punch and attach to the plugs.
