After doing some Google, seems the charger be easy

But the plug connector, is UK based, so finding it in states is gonna be hard + costly probably.

Did find this though for $1 http://www.audiospares.com/product.php?productid=645

Maybe get it shipped via parcel letter cheaply?

Other than that, think you just found a lamp that some UK couple/person had and brought over during the move. Be funny if they forgot the charger/plug, and thats why it at thrift store? lol

You can get them here or here.

So I just found three of these motors, all of which are 24v. One of them turns turns are three times and hour, another 24 times a minute. I could certainly figure out the gearing, if the wiring would be simpler. Does anyone think that I could just plug one of these in and make it work?

Not quite yet, I'll want to assemble all of the parts first. Thank you for the relay link. A few final things I'll need to figure out. Maybe you can help me:

  1. For the 24V transformer, where do the line/neutral connections come from? Should I just use a 24V adapter like this?
  2. Based on the pictures I posted, do you know which of the wires I'll need to cut and wire into the relay? I'm still a bit confused there. Is it these: http://i.imgur.com/13ad0P1.jpg

Edit: After staring at the furnace system for a while, I think it's the yellow wire coming out the right hand side of the assembly. The wiring is so convoluted it can be hard to tell, though.
