I would highly recommend this camera from this seller if the area is ever somewhat dark. It has the starlight sensor that is one of the very best for low light conditions. I use these with BI and they work great. if it’s always well lit, you can go with a higher resolution camera and not worry about the starlight sensor like this one. Both of these cameras have adjustable focal length - meaning you can set them wider or narrower depending on the area you want to cover. Ipcamtalk.com forums are very helpful also - they have a BlueIris machine guide showing what older PC’s to look for on ebay that will run BI fine.
