Buy Dahua or Hikvision POE cameras.

The Dahua 2mp startlight have excellent night vision for about $130 U.S. each. Get the turret style.

If Amazon Canada doesn't sell these cameras then you can deal with the amazon vendor Emprire Technology directly on AliExpress.

Andy is the owner and he has sold security cameras to thousands of north americans. Its important to get the right firmware and to get support if needed. I'm a customer and have no other connections to Andy.

As another resident Dahua fanboy, these are some good examples:

I've got one of these on my patio... installed the same at my mom's:

At the front door, I wanted something smaller where most of the body could be painted:

(ideally, only put the dome type in areas not exposed to direct sunlight. This little one has a mic too, the prior 2231 does not )

This 4239T "color starlight" model is what I have in the front of my house. If you have streetlight illumination 24/7 (even from a distance), this is a good choice. At the time, it was about the same price.... $130. Seems to be sold-out now, though.

I've posted image captures from it before.. I can probably dig them up.

Wireless isn't reliable. POE lets you run just 1 cable so that's what I prefer.
Cameras - Dahua or Hikvision. Here are some considerations.

If you're placing the cameras higher off of the ground then you might want to look at turret style cameras. If you are placing cameras within reach from the ground then you might consider using dome cameras because they are harder to vandalize.

The other thing to consider is how wide the coverage of the lens is. For instance, a 2.8 mm fixed focus lens captures a wider area than a 4 mm fixed focus lens does. However the 2.8 mm fixed lens does not magnify the images as much as the 4 mm fixed lens does, so the 4 mm lens might be better for identifying a thief than a 2.8 mm fixed lens camera. You can do a search on YouTube for The Security Experts who have some videos that explain the different angles of coverages for various lenses.

Camera performance in the dark is another consideration. These Dahua cameras that use Starlight technology are supposed to have good performance in the dark and they get good reviews on Amazon. They also have variable focus lenses so you can adjust the angle width of the area you want them to capture. They have PoE so you can just run 1 cord. If you do a search for nayrproductions on YouTube to see a comparison video for these cameras.

I believe the Dahua model 5231 camera has a microphone, but otherwise is the same camera as the Dahua model 2231. You can buy these cameras on Amazon.

Hikvision makes some cameras that have night vision so those would work OK too.
YouTube is a good resource for you to learn more. I found the videos by newfiebort and use-IP LTD videos very helpful. The use-IP videos are made by a security camera business in the UK so you could contact them for more info, since you are in Europe.

Have you considered saving up some money for a roller shutter to cover the glass in the back?

You could use some motion sensor alarms in case someone comes through the gate.

I've looked at quite a few cameras and the Ubiquiti stuff just doesn't hold up against other brands that cost significant'y less. Take a look at ipcamtalk.com if you haven't already, Dahua has some nice stuff, this is pretty solid for the $$$ https://www.amazon.com/EmpireTech-IPC-HDW2231R-ZS-Starlight-Eyeball-Network/dp/B07DRC93S8/ref=sr_1_1?m=A329YQ83EBQGJF&qid=1572451662&s=merchant-items&sr=1-1
