My question is how accurate are you wanting to make your cosplay? Are you okay with some minor details being left out or does the cosplay have to have full details?

I ask this because some certain items are tailored/ sewn/ made to be that way for the show (like the blazer). So it can hard to replicate.

I'm looking at the gloves, and the thumbs look like they're black. I found a pair of red leather gloves here on Amazon.

Here are a pair of (faux?) leather shoes, they have the pointed toe and a relatively close design, just not the color. If you plan on using these, and add some cushions in the ankle of the cosplay shoes so you can wear them a little longer. Please, please, please make sure to have a back up pair of comfy shoes. You being comfortable and able to walk by the end of the day without your Achilles tendons about ready to snap in half is more important than a cosplay. Don't leave a convention in pain.

This website has step by step instructions, and tells you exactly what to use to properly paint over leather. You can also find YT tutorials if you feel like this doesn't give enough info.

As for the blazer, I would go with a solid, dark navy/ royal blue with a black trim for the collar. I suggest looking for local tailor shops if they have anything similar, as well as getting measured so you have accurate fitting sizes. If you can't find anything down that route, I'd suggest looking at Men's Warehouse, Burlington, The Suit Depot and many others to find what you're looking for.
