You can bake it into a pot pie. Make a crust out of butter/flour or purchase premade pie crusts for an easy pot pie.
You can also make "empanadillas" or turnovers with them, use the same pie crust, cookie cut into big circles or squares, fill with a small amount and seal edges with a fork.
I love this brand of premade dough. Its so simple and easy to use and is a great way to give a new life to stewy leftovers. I typically do this when I have a left over beef stew, taco meat (such as ground beef or shredded chicken), or curries.
Another benefit to doing this is that you can freeze the premade "empanadillas" (separating them with wax paper or something so they don't stick) and cook them in the oven directly from the freezer.
If you want to switch up the flavor I suggest maybe adding another veggie like fresh spinach to the mix before baking it.
Ps. If the stew is too liquid to make into turnovers you can reduce it a bit or add more veg. to soak it up.
