OPV Mod may help... Classics come factory new pumping way more than 9bar, for pod use, apparently. Yours is preowned so it may have been adjusted already.

Consider buying a protafilter gauge. You probably won't use it very many times but well worth twenty or so bucks to be able to adjust the OPV with some precision.

I use $20 Hostweigh scale/timer... they work good for the price and I only use them when changing coffees to dial in the grind so I can't really justify spending two or three hundred dollars on scales. https://www.amazon.com/Precision-Sensors-display-Battery-Included/dp/B073RZJJKB/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1543609561&sr=8-8&keywords=Digital+Coffee+Scale+with+Timer
I've never owned anything by Baratza but the Sette's are very popular. I can say that I love my little chrome Eureka Mignon though.
edit:spelling
You can get a knock off of that scale for 20 bucks: https://www.amazon.com/Precision-Sensors-display-Battery-Included/dp/B073RZJJKB/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1518715493&sr=8-8&keywords=coffee+scale
This doesn't have the 'profiles' function, but at more than 4X the cost is that functionality worth it? I don't know having never used the Brewista, but my gut tells me no.
