I completely understand. I’m in the same boat. I’m 5’8 and weigh 122lbs and freaking out. I’m bloated, constipated, exhausted, brain fog, joint pain, depression and anxiety. I highly recommend https://i.imgur.com/0dIwb0u.jpg this book. My dietitian recommended it. It is helping me out so much.

I am told to eat 6 small meals as well. It’s hard because I don’t feel like eating due to feeling full already and or depression. Other times my body is starving for nutrition I want to keep eating.
I keep a found Food Journal https://www.amazon.com/dp/1537574612?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share.
I make a meal list every week for dinner and eat left overs as well. A normal dinner meal equals two meals so you have four more to eat after that.

Meals/snack ideas ive been doing:

Sm greenish banana with tbsp of smooth almond butter, two of maple syrup, crushed pecans.

Rice noodles, meat protein (beef, chicken etc), green beans, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce. I eat this everyday.

Hard boiled eggs with salt. I eat a few.

Rice or corn cereal with almond milk

Baked potato, butter, low fodmap mayo, and melted cheddar cheese. (Add a protein, make it a bowl type meal)

Brie cheese with rice crackers

1 ounce dark chocolate

1 orange

Kiwi with lactose free plain yogurt, two of maple syrup.

Roasted chicken thighs or whole chicken with carrots and masked potatoes.

Shrimp fried rice in sesame oil w/ cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, egg, rice vinegar, salt and pepper.

Steak dinner, with baked potato and green beans

Broiled salmon with rice and bok Choy.

The book gives more information regarding the right amounts for certain foods. It also tells what not to have and what ingredients to watch out for in processed foods.
