Keep up with your workouts (most important, keeps your muscles strong).

Eat 1.2g of protein per pound of body weight per day (second priority, prevents losing tissue while in caloric deficit). 1 gram of protein has 4 calories, so to start with you should be eating 252g of protein, which is 1008 of your calories.

Eat 500 calories fewer than maintenance (this creates the weight loss by sending your body into fat storage for energy). At 210 lbs, maintenance calories are between 2800-3100 calories depending on the equation you use, so eat between 2300 - 2600 calories to start. If you want to lose weight faster, cut deeper. Watch your energy levels. If it becomes hard to finish your workouts, add 100 calories. If you stop losing weight, cut calories.

Make sure 20%-35% of your energy comes from fat. You need fat to function. 1 gram of fat contains 9 calories. So you'll be eating anywhere from 51g - 101g of fat depending on how many calories and how large a percentage of your calories are coming from fat.

The rest should come from carbs. These will keep the glycogen in your muscles replenished and fuel your workouts, keeping you strong while your body burns through its fuel reserves and cuts your weight down. 1g of carbs contains 4 calories. :) So, tomorrow, you could eat 252g of protein, 75g of fat, and 154g of carbs, and that would put you right around 2300 calories. :)

For plant-based protein sources (my preferred sources), you will want to use a complete protein source, not just a single ingredient. This will keep your muscles strong and your energy levels high. I like to mix brown rice and pea protein or just use a pre-made mix like Vega Protein & Greens.

Don't skimp on vitamins and minerals; supplement calcium & take a multivitamin. Get a source of vitamin K2. Make sure you're getting your omegas.

And that should get you there.

I'm 6'1", and currently at 170lbs/12% body fat. In November I was at 136lbs/7.3% body fat, at the bottom of my last cut. Last May I weighed 156lbs/16% body fat. I'm not going to tell you that 150lbs is too small for you, but I can tell you that you will be quite hungry by the time you get there. 136lbs had my family worried, but my doctor told me I was fit as a fiddle. Good luck on your massive cut. :) May your muscles ripple like silk in the wind. :)
