I have an oil heater (radiator) in the living room and a quartz heater in the bedroom that keep things comfy down to 30ish so far, a special heater that comes on at freezing underneath, and since water is free and electric is VERY not and heated hoses are $85 and this is $30 I got this that starts dripping water when temps get near and below freezing, I checked it at 4am when it was about 25F and it was dripping just fine:
