You’ll want to get the measurement for the ring behind your balls and shaft as well. It’s likely going to either 45, 50, or 52mm as the closest. I’d recommend a holy traniner knock off in maxi to start as a first cage. Like the below. It comes with all the rings so you can find what’s comfortable. They are light. Easy to wear. Just need to be removed every other day for cleaning, generally.

Here's a link to the one I'm wearing now. The cage i bought is a little on the large side. It was my first one i bought and wanted to little bit ood grow room. I'm going to get a smaller one (maybe standard or small) Friday. Oh another great thing about it is there is prime shopping available so you only have to wait a few days.
