I always recommend that people look into getting a more general purpose GPS such as the Garmin Oregon. You get a lot more bang for your buck, as they are cheaper for a similar feature set, and are very useful both on and off the bike. The downsides being that they don't support power meters and that they are a little bulkier. But the little known hidden fact is that they support ant+ and can use standard hear, speed, and cadence sensors. Older models like my Oregon 450 didn't support speed sensors, but did speed from GPS, but it appears the newer models also do speed sensor as well. Garmin also makes a bike mount as well which secure the device firmly to your bars. I've been using my Oregon 450 for a few years, and although a cycling specific GPS would look nicer on my bike, the Oregon was a great purchase, especially if you want to save money and get a device that's suited to more than just a single task.
