Like /u/FuRyxWookie, I was concerned about dust on my headphones. I ordered this full-size carrying case by Geekria to store my HiFiMan HE-560. The case sits on top of my desk. Keeping it unzipped, I can easily retrieve and store my headphones without disconnecting any wires, and the top closes to protect from dust. The inside is a soft material that is very similar to the material that my headphones were shipped in.

The Stax dust cover that /u/quantifiableNonsense mentioned looks like a neat product too.

Aside from the box it came in (don't want to damage the original box after all), Geekaria makes a couple of good headphone cases. This one is large but a bit pricey, this one is cheaper and a bit smaller but you store your headphones diagonally. Not a real con unless you are anal-retentive about it. There is a popular case you pretty much have to buy from China that is a bit cheaper but looks much worse IMO and I don't have a link on hand.
